Who can be nominated?+
These awards recognise WhiteTrees employees. Select the colleague’s division to see the award categories available to them.
Can I nominate someone for more than one award?+
Yes. Please complete a separate entry for each award category, explaining why the colleague deserves that particular recognition.
How are the awards judged?+
Senior Management and Leadership judge the nominations. The awards are not decided by votes or the number of nominations received.
When do nominations open and close?+
Nominations are open now and close on 13 November 2026.
What should I include in a nomination?+
Explain why you are nominating your colleague and what difference they have made. Use meaningful examples, but do not include children’s names, identifying details or sensitive personal information.
